These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our rental vehicles and services. By signing a rental agreement or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Definitions

From exotic sports cars to luxury sedans and premium SUVs, Multipoint Car Rental offers one of the most extensive collections of luxury and exotic vehicles from the world’s leading manufacturers, including Lamborghini, Bugatti, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Koenigsegg, Tesla, Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Bentley, Range Rover, Rolls-Royce, Land Rover, Cadillac, Fiat, McLaren, Mini, Lexus, Tata Motors, Peugeot, Pagani, and more.

Rental, Indemnity, and Warranties

This Agreement constitutes a legal contract for the rental of a vehicle. Multipoint Car Rental reserves the right to repossess the vehicle, at your expense and without prior notice, if it is abandoned, misused, or operated in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Multipoint Car Rental harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and attorney fees arising from or related to your rental and use of the vehicle.

Multipoint Car Rental makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the vehicle, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Condition and Return of Vehicle

You must return the vehicle to the designated Multipoint location on the specified date and time stated in your rental agreement, in the same condition in which it was provided—excluding normal wear and tear.

If returned after business hours, you remain responsible for the vehicle and any damage or loss until it is inspected during our next business opening.

All maintenance, servicing, or replacement of parts during the rental period must be pre-approved by Multipoint. You are responsible for checking and maintaining all fluid levels and ensuring the vehicle’s proper operation throughout your rental.

Responsibility for Damage or Loss; Reporting

You are financially responsible for all loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle, including:

The cost of repairs or, if the vehicle is a total loss, its actual cash value at the time of damage.

Loss of use, diminished value, and administrative expenses incurred in processing the claim.

All accidents, theft, or vandalism must be reported to Multipoint Car Rental and to the local police immediately upon discovery.

Breach of Agreement

The following constitute prohibited uses of the rental vehicle and a breach of this Agreement. You will be fully responsible for any resulting loss or damage if:

a. The vehicle is driven by anyone not listed as an authorized driver, or by someone with a suspended or invalid license.
b. The vehicle is operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
c. False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided to obtain or extend the rental.
d. The vehicle is used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
e. The vehicle is used for hire, towing, racing, or teaching driving.
f. The vehicle is used to transport hazardous, illegal, or dangerous materials.
g. The vehicle is operated beyond approved geographic limits.
h. The vehicle is overloaded, driven off-road, or used to transport more passengers than seatbelts provided.
i. Children are transported without proper safety restraints.
j. The odometer is tampered with or disconnected.
k. The vehicle is operated while fluid levels are critically low or maintenance warnings are ignored.
l. The cargo is inadequately secured or improperly loaded.
m. Damage occurs due to reckless driving, negligence, or failure to report an accident to police.
n. The vehicle sustains damage from animals or improper use.

Violation of any of the above voids coverage and may result in criminal or civil liability. You waive all recourse against Multipoint Car Rental for any legal action arising from your breach.

Insurance

You are required to maintain auto liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering yourself, Multipoint Car Rental, and the rented vehicle.

Where required by law, or if you do not have valid insurance, Multipoint provides secondary auto liability insurance meeting the minimum limits required by applicable state or local law.

You and Multipoint mutually reject PIP, medical payments, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage to the extent permitted by law.

This insurance policy is void if you violate the terms of this Agreement or fail to cooperate with any investigation related to loss or damage.

Charges

You agree to pay Multipoint Car Rental or applicable authorities all charges incurred under this Agreement, including but not limited to:

a. Time and mileage charges for the rental period.
b. Charges for additional authorized drivers.
c. Costs of optional services or products selected.
d. Refueling charges if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
e. Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
f. Fines, penalties, toll violations, or impound charges associated with the vehicle during your rental.
g. Recovery fees for vehicles not returned or abandoned ($50 base fee + $5 per mile from rental location).
h. Legal, administrative, or attorney fees associated with enforcement of this Agreement.
i. Late payment fees of 2% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
j. Returned check fees ($50 minimum or as allowed by law).
k. Cleaning fee of up to $350 if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or requires special detailing.

Deposit

Multipoint may apply your deposit toward any unpaid balances, damages, or fees owed under this Agreement. Any remaining amount will be refunded in accordance with our policies after inspection and reconciliation.

Your Property

You release Multipoint Car Rental, its employees, and agents from any claims for loss or damage to personal property left in or on the vehicle, in any service vehicle, or on our premises, regardless of cause—including negligence.

Modifications

No provision of this Agreement may be waived or altered except by written authorization signed by an authorized representative of Multipoint Car Rental.

To extend your rental, you must bring the vehicle to a Multipoint location for inspection and obtain a written extension.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Multipoint Car Rental and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.

Miscellaneous

Any waiver by Multipoint of a breach of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of future breaches.

Acceptance of payment or failure to enforce rights does not void any provision of this Agreement.

You release Multipoint Car Rental from any liability for consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your rental.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in effect.
